An Early Childhood Program for families with children birth to three years old who are concerned about the growth and development of their children.
Birth to three years of age is a time of rapid brain development when a baby has a lot to learn to get a good start.

Help Me Grow services are provided to:

  • Pregnant Women
  • Newborns
  • Infants and toddlers under age three with disabilities or at risk for delays.
  • Families of all incomes

Services Include:

  • Home Visits to Newborns by a registered nurse.
  • Developmental screenings and evaluations.
  • Information and interventions on child development, community services, and parenting information by a service Coordinator.
  • Family support
  • Playgroup
